White and Pink Sprinkles Doughnut Recipe

Pink sprinkles adorn these fluffy doughnuts, which are drizzled with melted white chocolate. They are ideal for a festive and fun treat.

Ingredients

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Spray a doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just combined.
  • Melted white chocolate chips should be folded in.
  • Pipe the batter into the prepared doughnut pan using a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off, filling each mould 2/3 full.
  • Pink sprinkles should be sprinkled on top of the batter.
  • Bake the doughnuts for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Allow the doughnuts to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
