These strawberry jam-filled donuts are a tasty treat that can be made quickly with refrigerated biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Open the biscuit dough can and cut it into individual biscuits.
  • With the palm of your hand, flatten each biscuit.
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry jam should be placed in the centre of each flattened biscuit.
  • To form a ball, fold the dough over the jam and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Bake the dough balls for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, on a greased baking sheet.
  • Remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Roll the donuts in the powdered sugar until completely covered.
  • Enjoy while still warm.
